THE SHYGUY reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time.
THE SHYGUY is the owner of the website www.the-shyguy.com and all its content. This includes documentation, images, texts, characters, design, music, software, codes, scripts, and formatting.
All materials on the website are protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication, and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from THE SHYGUY.
THE SHYGUY does not permit the use of its content or trademarks for any purpose other than those stated above.
ORDER PLACEMENT
To place an order, select the products and quantity you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. You can review your cart at any time before completing the order.
To finalize your order, you must go through the online checkout process and confirm payment by verifying your card details. After completing this step, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
THE SHYGUY will deliver products depending on their availability.
If all products are available, you will receive an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number.
If it is impossible to deliver any product included in the order for any reason, THE SHYGUY will contact you and refund the full amount paid for the unavailable product.
THE SHYGUY cannot guarantee product availability, as items may sell out in the meantime at our retail locations.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products delivered by THE SHYGUY are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note that product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the original. Descriptions and illustrations www.the-shyguy.com are not contractually binding and serve for informational purposes only.
If a product has any defect, you must notify THE SHYGUY within 14 days of receiving the package via email at hello@the-shyguy.com
COMPLAINTS POLICY
You have 14 days to return any purchased product, starting from the day you receive the package.
We can exchange an item for a different size or another item of the same value. We cannot exchange it for an item of a different value; in that case, we will refund your money once we receive and inspect the returned product. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for replacement items.
If THE SHYGUY is responsible for a defective shipment, THE SHYGUY will cover all delivery costs.
THE SHYGUY will not accept returns of products that have been used, washed, lack tags, are damaged, or are not in original packaging.
THE SHYGUY reserves the right to inspect products before approving any return or exchange. Only products in original condition will be refunded.
For customers outside Serbia, if returned shipments are subject to customs duties, all such costs must be covered. Returns with unpaid customs or additional charges will not be accepted.
If you refuse delivery due to unexpected additional costs (e.g., customs fees), THE SHYGUY is not obligated to issue a refund.
REFUND PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, send an email to hello@the-shyguy.com including: Reason for return, Order number
and contact phone number.
If a refund is issued for payments made by card, THE SHYGUY is obligated to process the refund exclusively via the original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Dina). The bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account.

PRICING & SHIPPING POLICY
All prices are listed in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Product prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time at the discretion of THE SHYGUY, without affecting your statutory rights. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices.
For customers outside Serbia, please note that international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be covered by the customer.
Prices shown on the website do not include taxes, as THE SHYGUY is not registered in the VAT system. Any applicable import duties or taxes will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.
Customers are fully responsible for all additional charges, including taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If you refuse delivery due to unexpected additional charges, THE SHYGUY reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs as well as any customs-related fees incurred.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country.
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, except during holidays or sale periods when processing times may be extended. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
Delivery times are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. In the event of delays or changes in product availability, THE SHYGUY will inform you as soon as possible.
THE SHYGUY is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
We are also not liable for the actions or delays of courier services used for delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for collection. The package will be held at the local post office for up to 5 days, after which it will be returned to us. In such cases, THE SHYGUY reserves the right to charge or deduct any costs incurred due to failed delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue with the courier service.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and are based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
The final amount charged to your card will be converted into your local currency using the exchange rate applied by your card provider. As a result, minor differences from the displayed price may occur.
PRIVACY POLICY

At no point does THE SHYGUY have access to your payment card details.
VAT STATEMENT
THE SHYGUY is not registered in the VAT system.
