COMPLAINTS POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have 14 days to return any purchased product, starting from the day you receive the package.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We can exchange an item for a different size or another item of the same value. We cannot exchange it for an item of a different value; in that case, we will refund your money once we receive and inspect the returned product. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for replacement items.<\/p>\n

If THE SHYGUY is responsible for a defective shipment, THE SHYGUY will cover all delivery costs.<\/p>\n

THE SHYGUY will not accept returns of products that have been used, washed, lack tags, are damaged, or are not in original packaging.<\/p>\n

For customers outside Serbia,<\/strong> if returned shipments are subject to customs duties, all such costs must be covered. Returns with unpaid customs or additional charges will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

If you refuse delivery due to unexpected additional costs (e.g., customs fees), THE SHYGUY is not obligated to issue a refund.<\/p>\n

REFUND PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n

To initiate a return, send an email to hello@the-shyguy.com<\/a> including: Reason for return, Order number\nand contact phone number.<\/p>\n

If a refund is issued for payments made by card, THE SHYGUY is obligated to process the refund exclusively via the original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Dina). The bank will process the refund to the cardholder\u2019s account.<\/p>\n

For customers outside Serbia, please note that international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be covered by the customer.\nPrices shown on the website do not include taxes, as THE SHYGUY is not registered in the VAT system. Any applicable import duties or taxes will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.\nCustomers are fully responsible for all additional charges, including taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.\nIf you refuse delivery due to unexpected additional charges, THE SHYGUY reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs as well as any customs-related fees incurred.<\/p>\n

All orders are dispatched within 1\u20133 business days, except during holidays or sale periods when processing times may be extended. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.<\/p>\n

Delivery times are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.\nOrders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. In the event of delays or changes in product availability, THE SHYGUY will inform you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

THE SHYGUY is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).<\/p>\n

We are also not liable for the actions or delays of courier services used for delivery.<\/p>\n

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for collection. The package will be held at the local post office for up to 5 days, after which it will be returned to us. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue with the courier service.<\/p>\n

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).\nPrices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and are based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.\nThe final amount charged to your card will be converted into your local currency using the exchange rate applied by your card provider.
