You have 14 days to return any purchased product, starting from the day you receive the package.
We can exchange an item for a different size or for another item of the same value. We cannot exchange it for an item of a different value; in that case, we will refund the money to your account once we receive the returned product and verify that everything is in proper condition. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping, as well as the shipping costs for the new item in case of an exchange.
If THE SHYGUY is responsible for a defective shipment, THE SHYGUY will cover all delivery costs.
In all cases, it is necessary to first report the return via email at hello@the-shyguy.com
THE SHYGUY will not accept returns of products that have been used, washed, are missing tags, have been damaged, or are not in their original packaging. For this reason, please handle the product carefully until you return it.
THE SHYGUY reserves the right to carefully inspect products before approving any exchange or return. We only reimburse products that are in their original condition as delivered.
For customers outside Serbia, For customers outside Serbia, if the returned shipment is subject to customs duties, all such costs must be covered. Returns with unpaid customs fees, shipping costs, or any additional charges will not be accepted.
If you refuse to accept a shipment due to unexpected additional costs (e.g., customs fees), THE SHYGUY is not obligated to issue a refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
To initiate a return, you need to send an email to hello@the-shyguy.com with an explanation for the return, your order number, and a phone number where you can be contacted for further processing of the return.
